Soluvia Subscription Cancellation Policy Effective date: June 2026

Subscribe & Save

Soluvia offers a Subscribe & Save option on eligible products, allowing you to receive automatic recurring shipments at a discounted price. Subscriptions renew on a schedule you select at signup.

How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. To cancel, log in to your account at soluvia.health and manage your subscription from the account dashboard, or email hello@soluvia.health with your order number and cancellation request.

Cancellation timing

To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, your cancellation must be submitted before your next billing date. If you cancel after a billing date has passed and your order has already been processed and shipped, that order will not be refunded. Your subscription will not renew after the cancelled billing cycle.

Pausing your subscription

You may pause your subscription for up to 90 days from your account dashboard instead of cancelling. Paused subscriptions resume automatically unless you cancel during the pause period.

Skipping a shipment

You may skip an individual shipment from your account dashboard at any time before the order is processed. Skipped orders will not be charged.

Changes to subscription frequency or quantity

You may update your delivery frequency or product quantity from your account dashboard before your next billing date. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.

Price changes

If we change the subscription price for your plan, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel at any time before the new price applies if you do not want to continue.

Pre-orders

Pre-order purchases are one-time charges and are not subscriptions. The cancellation terms above apply to recurring Subscribe & Save subscriptions only.
