REFUND POLICY
All sales are final
Soluvia Shield patches are personal care products that go inside your mouth. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once a pack has been opened. This is not fine print, it is a safety requirement. Opened personal care products that contact the body cannot be restocked, inspected, or resold to another customer. The same standard applies to contact lenses, vitamins, and similar personal wellness products.
We stand behind our product quality. If we shipped something wrong, we will make it right.
What we will fix, no questions asked
- Your pack arrived visibly damaged or crushed in transit
- Patches are defective or outside normal quality
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery
Email hello@soluvia.health within 30 days of your delivery date with a brief description and a photo if possible. We will send a replacement at no charge.
Pre-orders
Pre-order payments are charged in full at checkout and are non-refundable once processed. If you need to update your shipping address before we ship, contact us as early as possible at hello@soluvia.health. We ship in August 2026.
What we cannot accommodate
- Returns of opened packs
- Refund requests more than 30 days after confirmed delivery
- Returns based on a change of mind after receiving the product
