SHIPPING POLICY
Soluvia Shipping Policy Effective date: June 2026
Pre-order shipping timeline
Soluvia Shield is currently available for pre-order. All pre-orders ship in August 2026, in the order they were received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves our facility.
We appreciate your patience as we fulfill our first production batch. If the ship date changes for any reason, we will email you directly with an update.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship via standard carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Domestic shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of the ship date. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier.
International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We plan to expand to additional countries in 2027. Join our waitlist to be notified.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.
Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing a pre-order, please email hello@soluvia.health as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email hello@soluvia.health within 30 days of your expected delivery date. Include your order number and a brief description. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement if the shipment is confirmed lost or damaged.
